What Is Personal/Business Coaching?

Coaching is a learning process -- based on your expressed interests, goals and objectives.  It is not counseling, therapy or consulting.

Similar to athletic coaching, life/business/personal growth coaching is about assisting--but never leading or doing more than--the client. A Coach may teach specific insights and skills to empower the client in achieving their intentions. However, the client is ultimately responsible for their own achievements and success.

Coaching serves 3 very important purposes:

  • It clarifies you next step
  • It aligns your actions with your soul's purpose, and
  • It helps you to surrender to what 'is' and to move through life with ease and grace

Working with a coach will help you at any of these stages, whether you are someone who struggles with clarity, or you know what you want but you tend to procrastinate, or whether you might be the type of person who pushes through even when all of the signs and signals are suggesting otherwise.
